Make a service
You can start with a blank service, or choose one of several templates, which gets you up and going more quickly. You can also choose a graphical theme for your service from a wide variety. Themes can also be added later on, you can change anything in the theme, or make your own one. A soon as your service is added, it can be reached from a phone, or from the phone emulator.
