The notifyer is a tiny library that is installed on a phone and enables other applications as well as web pages or video streams to be launched by remote commands.

My notifyer is a unique mobile applicaiton that enables content providers to remotely launch web pages, video clips and applications to induvidial mobile users, or groups of users in a manner that they show up automatically on their phones. User simplicity
The process off inslatting the agent is very easy for the user, a matter of entering the phone number on a web page, or, sending an SMS to a specific number. An SMS with an install link is sent to the user, by clicking the link, the notifyer egant is installed and started. Now the phone is ready for external notification events, which will popup the browser, show a video clip, or, start an application without any use rinteraction.
Content provider flexibility
As a content provider, you register the users that will have access to the service. Upon a simple command, the application install link is sent to the users, and they can choose to install the agent. Different types of feeds (such as web pages, blogs or RSS feeds) can be registered for monitoring, where siginficant events will popup the browser, show a video clip, or launch an application of all phones of registered users. You can also track which users are on-line, and which users have ”consumed” the remotely launched notifications.
The Notifyer agent toghether woth the Activator service provides great advantages compared to sending SMS messages with links to mobile web pages.

Technology
All server side functions are part of our hosted activator service, you do not have to install any inhouse servers. All communication with the Actvator service are done via web pages or simple REST-style API calls. The activator offers great flexibility in what events can be trigger notificasitons, form e-mail to changes in file systen contents. The client wakeup is performed in many steps, where ”sleeping” agents are woken up via the network in a fraction of a secons and agents that are not started are woken up by SMS.
